07 simple steps and about 10 minutes to an angel face

Do not allow that lack of time or day by day activities prevent you from dedicating less than 10 minutes to revitalize your face and remove all tension and stress signs from it.
The well know lymphatic drainage widely used to reduce water retention from our body and to support treatments to eliminate cellulites, is also beneficial to remove the aspect of tiredness from our face. With the elimination of the liquids excess between cells (and the toxins), blood flows better and can better feed our cells, giving us a luminous and healthier skin appearance.
Any person can realize the movements, but if you have undergone surgery and or has a severe acne problem, you should first talk with your doctor. Otherwise, let’s go to the commandments for a successful self-massage for your face.
  • The auto-drainage should be done every morning
  • Before starting the massage, clear your face and do not apply any special product
  • After massage, apply your usual moisturizer cream
  • Use soft to moderate pressure to your rounded movements
OK!!! Let’s start
1-) Start making rounded movements with the tip of your fingers at the region above your clavicle. Repeat it 06 times
2-) Still with your rounded movements with the tip of your fingers, stimulate the region behind the lobule of the ears. Repeat it 06 times
3-) Uses your forefingers to make soft and wounded movements above your eyes, between the upper eyelid and the eyelashes. Repeat it 06 times.
4-) Using the tip of your fingers, make sliding movements from behind of your ears till your clavicle. Repeat it 02 times
With this 04 steps you have completed the ganglions stimulation and your skin is ready to receive the manual drainage to eliminate liquids excess and toxins
5-) With the tip of your fingers make sliding movements from the center of your chin till the lobule of your ears. Repeat it 06 times
6-) Again with the tip of your fingers, make sliding movements from the lateral of your nose to the lobule of your ears. Repeat it 06 times.
7-) Slid the tip of your fingers from the center of your forehead to the lobule of your ears. Repeat it 06 times
Now repeat again the step 4-). You can repeat the all sequence once more if you want and when you are ready to finish, you should conclude your section by repeating the step 2-) and finally the step 1-) to close the ganglions
