Vibrating Platform - How to exercise without too much time

When I was a workaholic compulsive, and used to work more than 12 hours a day, including lots of weekends, I had to search for any type of exercise that could fit to my little time and also to my little energy (I have to confess). Start doing gym is tough, especially when you have the perfect excuse. Lack of time, too much job, children, spouse, age, ache, so forth and so on. But my consciousness have never stopped to blame me and to ask to better balance my life, so in this middle of stressful and crazy time I was introduced to the vibrating platform, which merchandise says that 10 minutes is equivalent to one hour of exercises. I am not sure if this correlation is true but what I know is that it was (and is) just excellent for me!
You have different velocities and programs, different brands and styles, but from my personal experience I can say that it really works. You can just stay on it or you can exercise on it. Both are effective and the most appropriate to you will depend on your objectives and expectation. In any case, after some minutes over you feel your skin getting hot and slightly red, which clearly shows to you that it is working and improving blood circulation in your body (great to prevent and to help to reduce / eliminate cellulites). I also feel myself extremely energized after those 10 minutes over the platform. It is like you wake up and creep with no energy and confidence to your vibrating platform and after 10 minutes shaking (ops….. vibrating) all muscles in your body you finish it full of energy and courage to start your day and face the challenges in front of you.
Some important tips are: never to forget to talk with a doctor prior to start any exercise and choose a powerful platform, because it will make all difference on your performance and results.
And do you know and interesting collateral effect I got??? Even my face got a better contour, with more tense skin, because when I sit on my platform and make my exercises I feel all muscles of my face vibrating and this exercise together with the lymphatic drainage just made me seems younger!!!
