Do not run away from the last sunny days before autumn

All of us are always listening to the damage that sun can cause to our skin, increasing its age appearance and leading to cancer skin if taken without protection and in abusive way. But it is also important to remember that sun taken is highly recommended to protect bone density, especially after the 40’s due to amount of Vitamin D that is absorbed by our body with only 30 minutes of daily sun taking. Studies also say that it prevents other types of cancer and help in treatments of depression and anxiety thanks to its positive effect on moods.
