Store Rules - Returns

Our policy is “100% CUSTOMER SATISFIED GUARANTEED”. Should you not be happy with your purchase you can return the goods.
The right to return goods is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also met:
  • The goods must not have been used, washed or damaged;
  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging
  • The package must contain the return form on which the reason for return must be indicated as well as if you would like a refund or an exchange
  • The returned goods must be sent to the direction indicated by Glamorous and Bright Life team at the moment of the request in one delivery.
  • We reserve the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and mailed at different times;
  • For returns please contact glamorousandbright@gmail.com to provide you with an address as close as possible.
  • If the goods are returned according to the procedure and terms indicated above, Glamorous and Bright Life will refund any amount already received for the purchase of the goods, less the delivery cost, unless proven that Glamorous and Bright Life team made a mistake in the ordered goods, in such case the full amount will be reimbursed.
  • The refund will occur in any case within thirty (30) days of the date when Glamorous and Bright Life team was informed of your returning the goods and their reception.
  • If the procedure and terms for exercising your right to return the goods have not been respected, as specified in this section, you will not have the right to the refund of the amount already paid to Glamorous and Bright Life however, you can have the goods returned to you in the state in which you sent them back, at your cost.
  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us through glamorousandbright@gmail.com and allow us to work with you to find a perfect solution for both side. We do not want to get any negative, or neutral feedback and we work to keep our customer satisfied.
