Store Rules - Terms and Conditions
All items sold through websites by Glamorous and Bright Life are of excellent quality and the website provides a precise description of each item with detailed photos.
The General Conditions of Sale however do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by people other than Glamorous and Bright Life team that are present via link, banner, hyper textual connections and/or other sale channel. Glamorous and Bright Life is neither responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Glamorous and Bright Life team nor for the conclusion of e-commerce operations between users of our products and third parties.
All products published by Glamorous and Bright Life team are available at time of publication. A turn over in stock could cause that the requested item is no longer available in size or color. If the products, displayed should no longer be available or on sale at the moment of your last access to the site or at the moment of sending the order form, Glamorous and Bright Life team will inform you the sooner possible. If the order form and payment have already been sent, Glamorous and Bright Life team will refund the amount already paid by you.
The orders are processed with 3 days after receiving the payment. The expected time of delivery to your address is about 10 days after shipment.
By placing an order to Glamorous and Bright Life you unconditionally accept our general conditions.
Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already reported on the order form.
The prices of the products could be subject to updating.
Check the final sale price before sending the relative order form.
Purchase requests coming from countries other than those served by our forwarding agent may not be accepted by Glamorous and Bright Life.

Store Rules - Returns
Our policy is “100% CUSTOMER SATISFIED GUARANTEED”. Should you not be happy with your purchase you can return the goods.
The right to return goods is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also met:
- The goods must not have been used, washed or damaged;
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging
- The package must contain the return form on which the reason for return must be indicated as well as if you would like a refund or an exchange
- The returned goods must be sent to the direction indicated by Glamorous and Bright Life team at the moment of the request in one delivery.
- We reserve the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and mailed at different times;
- For returns please contact glamorousandbright@gmail.com to provide you with an address as close as possible.
- If the goods are returned according to the procedure and terms indicated above, Glamorous and Bright Life will refund any amount already received for the purchase of the goods, less the delivery cost, unless proven that Glamorous and Bright Life team made a mistake in the ordered goods, in such case the full amount will be reimbursed.
- The refund will occur in any case within thirty (30) days of the date when Glamorous and Bright Life team was informed of your returning the goods and their reception.
- If the procedure and terms for exercising your right to return the goods have not been respected, as specified in this section, you will not have the right to the refund of the amount already paid to Glamorous and Bright Life however, you can have the goods returned to you in the state in which you sent them back, at your cost.
- If there is a problem with your order, please contact us through glamorousandbright@gmail.com and allow us to work with you to find a perfect solution for both side. We do not want to get any negative, or neutral feedback and we work to keep our customer satisfied.

Packages are usually shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery time is about 10 days after shipment, depending on the destination.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We do not have control on possible custom fees, import duties, taxes and charges and they are not included neither in item price nor in shipping charges. These possible charges are at your responsibility, so please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Shipping is calculated following weight and location.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two or more distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping fees will apply to each of them.
